My journey into massage therapy and bodywork began in 2007 while being treated for a chronic back pain as the result of an injury suffered many years earlier. The turning point in my recovery came when I was introduced to a very gifted massage therapist who was able to alleviate my pain and spasms while increasing my range of motion.
The results of his work had a profound impact upon my physical, mental and emotional outlook. This led me to return to school, and eventually to private practice as an orthopedic massage therapist.
I am excited to share with you my education and experience. I look forward to working with you on your journey to pain free living.
